Check the source URL and capture state when an inspiration import fails or remains incomplete.
Step by step
Open the URL in a signed-out browser. The post must still exist and be publicly reachable.
Copy the direct post URL. Remove tracking parameters and avoid profile, embed, redirect, or shortened links.
Use a currently supported public social post source. A valid URL does not guarantee that the source permits capture.
Submit the cleaned URL again. Do not create repeated copies while an earlier capture is still processing.
A valid supported post completes capture, or you have enough context to report the specific source limitation.
If something goes wrong
- Save the URL in a content Plan when the source cannot be captured.
- Send support the public URL and approximate attempt time, never account credentials.
