Look like an agency. Stay a team of one.

Plan each client's month, get approval on the post itself, publish to every platform, and send a report you did not build by hand. One workspace for the whole roster, priced by brand rather than by seat.

Approval states / client review

Five clients, five ways of working, one of you.

One client approves in WhatsApp, another by email, a third wants a deck. The plan lives in a spreadsheet per client, the scheduler has one seat, and the month-end report eats a weekend. The work scales. The admin around it does not.

The approvals

A different thread for every client.

The plan

A spreadsheet per client, none of them current.

The scheduler

One seat, so clients never see the calendar.

The report

Screenshots pasted into a doc on the first.

Every client in one place

Each client is its own brand with its own accounts, plan, approvals, and numbers, all behind the one login you already have open.

Sign-off without a meeting

Send a post or a whole month for review. The client approves on the post itself, and you see the decision without chasing it.

Reports you open, not build

Performance lands beside the posts that earned it. Share a live report link, or save it as a PDF when a client wants a file.

Everything you run, in one workspace.

Here is how one cycle moves through Sequence.

Plan each client's month in one table.

Every post has an owner, a status, a format, and a date. Switch between clients without switching tools, and bring an existing plan in from a spreadsheet instead of retyping it.

Content planner / one table per client

Get approval on the post, not in a thread.

Clients are invited into their own brand, see only their work, and approve or request changes on the post itself. Nothing reaches the schedule until it is actually approved.

Approval states / client review

Publish everywhere, then show what it earned.

Approved work goes out to every connected platform from one calendar, and the results flow back to the same plan. The month-end report is a link you send, not a deck you assemble.

Schedule calendar / every client, every platform

Built for the way a freelancer actually works.

One person, several clients, and a different stakeholder on every account.

You

Plan, draft, schedule, and report for the whole roster from one login, with no seat charge as the roster grows.

Your clients

Each one sees their own brand only, approves in place, and reads the live numbers without asking you for a screenshot.

Your editor or designer

Bring a collaborator onto one brand or all of them. Pro has unlimited team members, so help does not cost a seat.

Frequently asked questions

Do my clients need their own Sequence account?

Clients join your workspace as members of their own brand, so they sign in once and see only that brand's plan, approvals, and numbers. The brand sits on your plan; they do not buy one of their own.

What happens to the price as I add clients?

Each client is a brand. Pro is one plan priced by how many brands you run, and the price per brand falls as you add them, so the tenth client costs less than the first. Team members are unlimited on Pro, with no per seat charge.

What is Sequence?

Sequence is social content operations software for agencies, social teams, and their clients. Planning, media review, client approval, publishing, inbox, and analytics live in one shared workspace, so a post keeps its context from first idea to published result.

Who is Sequence for?

Sequence is built for agencies, in-house social teams, and the client stakeholders who approve their work. Agency users run the operation across brands, and clients review and approve posts, with each role seeing only what it should.
