I used to plan everything and collaborate with clients in Notion and then have to move it all into a scheduler. I've tried all the big scheduling platforms, but I've never really loved any of them.
This platform meant I got rid of Notion and my scheduler, and I can even do all the media reviews with clients in one place. It's super simple to use and all my clients have found it easier to navigate aswell.

Sequence is honestly amazing! The way that the software has been built is very well thought out. As someone who plans, scripts and post content, it makes the whole content creation process so easy. I used to use google docs to plan out my videos but it was very messy.
Sequence helps you to streamline the whole process and even allows you to post to multiple different platforms at once so you don't have to manually upload it every time.
Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a better way to create and publish content!

What counts as a brand?
A brand is one business you run content for: its own planner, connected social accounts, approvals, and analytics. An agency client is typically one brand. Brands are the pricing metric, so the number of brands you run is the only thing that sets your price.
How does the price work?
Pro is one plan, priced by how many brands you run. The first brand is 29 USD per month and each brand after that costs less than the one before, so three brands is 69 USD, ten is 199 USD, and fifty is 799 USD per month. Move the slider on this page to see any number between one and a hundred.
Which currency will I be billed in?
Prices on this page can be shown in USD, AUD, GBP, or EUR using the switcher on the Pro card. Each currency has its own fixed price list rather than a daily conversion, and your billing currency is set when your subscription starts. Figures quoted elsewhere on the site are in USD.
Can I start free?
Yes. The Free plan is a real workspace with one brand, one connected account, ten scheduled posts, and 250 AI credits a month. No card required, and no feature gates: it runs the same loop as Pro.
What happens when I need another brand?
Create it and your subscription grows to the next number on the scale, charged pro rata for the rest of the month. By default this happens automatically when you add the brand, with an email confirming the change; turn automatic growth off in billing settings and the app asks you to confirm the price first instead. Removing a brand takes effect at the end of your billing period.
Do I pay per person?
No. Team members are unlimited on Pro, so agency staff and client stakeholders can all work from the shared record without changing your bill. Pricing is by brand, never by seat.
What are AI credits?
Every AI action in Sequence has a fixed credit cost, from 1 credit for hashtag suggestions to 120 for an AI image. Pro includes 5,000 credits a month for every brand you run, Free includes 250, and the full cost list and your usage sit in billing settings.
What if I run out of AI credits?
Top-up packs start at 10 USD for 5,000 credits and apply instantly. Your monthly allowance still refreshes on your billing cycle.
What does yearly billing save?
Two months. The yearly price is ten times the monthly price at whatever brand count you are on, so one brand is 290 USD a year, three is 690 USD, and ten is 1,990 USD.
What if I run more than a hundred brands?
Talk to us and we will price it with you. The slider stops at a hundred because past that the right answer depends on how you are set up.
