Pro adds approvals and client share links, the inbox, DM Flows, full analytics history with ads analytics and scheduled reports, custom statuses, fields and templates, Meta Ad Studio, and integrations, and it covers every brand you run with unlimited team members.

The first 100 qualifying paying workspaces, including existing paying customers, that make their first qualifying Pro payment before 1 November 2026. They keep the current Pro brand-rate table throughout 2027, including when adding brands. Keep Pro active into 1 January 2027 to make your founding place permanent. If paid access ends before then, your place and price protection are released. Cancelling renewal keeps your benefits until paid access ends. You can rejoin only if a place is available and a new Pro payment clears before 1 November 2026. Released places cannot be filled after that deadline. Once membership becomes permanent, returning to Pro during 2027 retains protected brand rates. Protection ends on 1 January 2028. The price difference for any remaining paid billing period is prorated and added to the next regular invoice, including annual subscriptions. Dates use Australia/Sydney time. Trials, free workspaces and credit top-ups do not qualify.

No. DM Flows are part of Pro, including the trial: comment-to-DM, story replies, keyword DMs, welcome messages, conversation starters and email capture on Instagram and Facebook. There is no charge per contact, so a post that reaches more people never changes your bill.

Choose Start Free Trial for 14 Days and add a card. You get full Pro on one brand, billed monthly, and nothing is charged that day. We email you 3 days before the trial ends. On day 15 your card is charged the first-month price shown in checkout, unless you cancel before then. The price changes on 1 November 2026, so a trial that first charges on or after that date uses standard pricing. A trial alone does not reserve a Founding 100 place.

Yes, any time, from Settings, Billing. Pro keeps running until the 14 days are up, you are not charged, and the workspace then carries on as Free Forever.

The trial is Pro in full, including 5,000 AI credits, so a card keeps it to one trial per person and lets Pro carry on without a gap if you keep it. Free Forever never asks for a card.

The trial covers one brand, billed monthly. To add brands or switch to yearly during the trial, start Pro from Billing. That ends the trial and bills from that day.

Nothing is deleted. One brand and one connected account stay active, and you choose which. Everything else stays saved and read-only, and posts scheduled on locked accounts are paused with their original time kept. Upgrade again and it all comes back.

A brand is one business you run content for: its own planner, connected social accounts, approvals, and analytics. An agency client is typically one brand. Brands are the pricing metric, so the number of brands you run is the only thing that sets your price.

Pro is one plan, priced by how many brands you run. Launch pricing ends on 1 November 2026. The calculator shows the current total and, during launch, the planned standard total. Our prices follow the location you select in the footer: United States (USD), Australia (AUD), United Kingdom (GBP), or Europe (EUR). Each currency has its own fixed price list rather than a daily conversion, and your billing currency is set when your subscription starts.

Create it and your subscription grows to the next number on the scale, charged pro rata for the rest of the month. By default this happens automatically when you add the brand, with an email confirming the change; turn automatic growth off in billing settings and the app asks you to confirm the price first instead. Removing a brand takes effect at the end of your billing period.

No. Team members are unlimited on Pro, so agency staff and client stakeholders can all work from the shared record without changing your bill. Pricing is by brand, never by seat.

Every AI action in Sequence has a fixed credit cost, from 1 credit for hashtag suggestions to 120 for an AI image. Pro includes 5,000 credits a month for every brand you run, Free Forever includes 250, and the full cost list and your usage sit in billing settings.
