How to request deletion
Email hello@sequencesocial.com from the email address tied to the information, with the subject line Data deletion. Tell us which information you want removed, or just ask us to delete everything tied to that address, including a Sequence account and its workspace data.
How we verify
We may ask a question or two to confirm the request is really coming from you. This protects your information from anyone trying to delete it on your behalf without permission.
What happens next
Once verified, we delete or anonymize the information we hold for you. We will confirm by email when it is done. If we are required to keep a minimal record for legal reasons, we will tell you what and why.
