How credits work

Sequence AI actions use credits. The amount depends on the action and, for Plan Assistant, the size of the turn. Your included credits refresh with your billing cycle, so the allowance available to you follows the timing of that cycle.

The Free plan includes 250 AI credits per month. Starter includes 5,000 credits, Pro includes 20,000, and Agency includes 60,000. These allowances let you choose a plan based on the amount of AI work your team expects to run.

Credit cost by action

Hashtag suggestions cost 1 credit. Voice to draft costs 4 credits. Caption generation costs 8 credits, and developing a reference also costs 8. An AI image costs 120 credits. A Plan Assistant turn costs between 20 and 80 credits depending on its size.

Post analysis costs 50 credits. The full cost list, along with what your workspace has spent this cycle, sits in billing settings inside the app. Consider the size and value of an action when deciding how to use the remaining credits in your billing cycle.

When credits run low

Top-up packs start at 10 USD for 5,000 credits and apply instantly. They provide additional credits when you do not want to wait for the allowance to refresh with the next billing cycle.

You can also change plans inside the app if your regular usage has grown beyond the allowance on your current plan. Review the plans and billing article for monthly prices, yearly billing, and plan changes.
