Invite your team and clients

Bring agency and client users into the workspace with access suited to their roles.

Plan access before inviting people

A workspace can include agency team members and client users. Each person has a role, and that role determines what they can see and do. Before you send an invite, decide whether the person will run the operation or take part mainly in review and approval.

Agency users typically manage the working process across brands. Client users typically see the plan they are involved in, then review posts, approve them, or request changes. The exact access a person receives comes from the role selected from your workspace settings.

Send an invite

Invites must come from someone who is already in the workspace. If a new team member goes directly to the login page without joining through an invite, they may not have access to the workspace they need.

  1. 01Open the area for people or roles in your workspace settings.
  2. 02Choose the role that fits what the person needs to do.
  3. 03Send the workspace invite using the details requested there.
  4. 04Ask the person to open the invite and complete the short onboarding.

Check the result

After the person has joined, confirm that their role matches their responsibilities. A client who needs to review should be able to reach the posts and plan their role allows. An agency user should have the access needed to run their part of the operation.

If someone can enter the workspace but cannot see expected work, check their role from your workspace settings. Avoid expanding access beyond what they need. Roles are designed so each person sees what their part of the process requires.
