Open Sequence

Sequence lives at app.sequencesocial.com. Go to app.sequencesocial.com/login whenever you need to log in. Your access is connected to a workspace, which holds the brands and work available to your role.

If your agency or client team already uses Sequence, do not create a separate workspace for the same work. Ask someone who is already in the workspace to invite you. New team members and clients join through an invite from an existing workspace member.

Join your team

Roles control what each person can see and do. Clients typically review and approve, while agency users run the operation. Your available workspace areas may therefore differ from those shown to another team member.

1. 01Ask a current workspace member to send you an invite.
2. 02Open the invite and follow it to Sequence.
3. 03Complete the short onboarding for your account.
4. 04Enter the workspace and confirm that you can see the brands and work relevant to your role.

Complete onboarding

The onboarding process is short and prepares your account for the workspace you were invited to. Follow the prompts provided after you join. Once onboarding is complete, you can start working in the areas allowed by your role.

A workspace may hold one brand or several. After you enter, use the workspace and brand available to you rather than setting up a duplicate. The content and actions you see will reflect the role assigned to your account.

If you expected an invite but cannot access the workspace, first check with the person who invited you. They can confirm that the invite was sent for the correct workspace. For further help, email hello@sequencesocial.com.
