Open the billing controls for the workspace owner and safely change the subscription.
Step by step
Switch to the workspace whose subscription you want to manage.
Open Settings and choose the billing section. Only the workspace owner can make ownership-level billing changes.
Check the new plan, interval, included usage, effective date, and any amount shown before confirming.
After the update, return to usage and verify that the expected entitlement is active.
The subscription change is tied to the intended workspace and its live billing account.
If something goes wrong
- If billing controls are missing, confirm that you are the workspace owner.
- Contact support for a payment or invoice issue without sending complete card details.
