See the current workspace entitlement and identify which limit is affecting an action.
What to know
Open Settings
Choose the workspace, open Settings, and go to the billing or usage area.
Review the active plan
Check the plan name, billing state, and the resources measured for the workspace.
Match the limit to the action
Confirm whether the action is limited by brands, connected accounts, scheduled posts, storage, AI credits, or another displayed entitlement.
Choose the next action
Reduce unused resources or use the available plan management control when the workspace needs more capacity.
You can identify the active entitlement from the live billing screen instead of relying on an old price table.
If something goes wrong
- Pricing and limits can change. Treat the live Settings screen as the source of truth.
