Build a content record and update its plan, workflow fields, media, and publishing details.
Step by step
Open Content in the correct brand and select Create.
Add a useful title, post type, status, project, categories, assignee, and any custom fields your workflow uses.
Write the brief and working copy, then add links, files, embeds, or inspiration references.
Use Media for assets and review, then Publish for accounts, platform variations, and timing.
The content piece becomes the single record for planning, review, approval, and publishing.
If something goes wrong
- Autosave protects ordinary edits, but wait for pending Plan sync to finish before closing a heavily edited piece.
