Understand the planner toolbar, content rows or cards, and detail panel.
What to know
Choose a view
Use Board, List, Calendar, Grid, or Gallery based on whether you are managing workflow, detail, dates, channel previews, or creative.
Refine the set
Use Filter, Sort, Group, Fields, and Search from the planner toolbar.
Open a piece
Select a row, card, or calendar item to open the content detail panel or full page.
Use direct actions
Depending on the view, edit visible fields, drag items, open context actions, or select multiple pieces for bulk updates.
The planner presents the same brand content through a view suited to the current task.
If something goes wrong
- Saved view choices are personal. Reset view options if a field or group has been hidden.
