Record when content should go live and when the team should be reminded.

Step by step

Open the content piece and select its post time field.

Set the intended wall-clock time for the brand’s publishing plan.

Choose the time zone that should interpret the time, especially when collaborators work in different regions.

Set an available reminder interval when someone needs a prompt before the post time.

The content appears at the intended point in date-based views with its reminder setting.

A planning post time does not publish by itself. Confirm the targets and schedule action in Publish.
