What to know
Use Board for workflow
Group cards by status or another supported field and move work through visible columns.
Use List for detail
Scan many fields in rows, adjust visible fields, and make precise operational updates.
Use Calendar for dates
Review scheduled or planned content by date and move items when rescheduling is allowed.
Use Grid for channel previews
Review scheduled content with platform-oriented previews.
Use Gallery for creative
Browse media-led cards when the visual is more important than dense fields.
You can switch views without creating duplicate content because every view reads the same pieces.
If something goes wrong
