Narrow the planner to the work that needs attention and keep the result understandable.
Step by step
Search when you know a title or text detail.
Filter by the workflow and content fields that define the set, such as status, assignee, project, platform, type, or date.
Sort by the field that answers the current question, such as newest dates, pipeline order, priority, or title.
In supported views, group the narrowed set so ownership, status, project, or another field becomes visible as sections.
The planner shows a focused, ordered set without changing the underlying content.
If something goes wrong
- Clear filters first when a known piece disappears.
