Use Approvals to work through assigned reviews in context and avoid missing a required stage.
Step by step
Choose the correct workspace and brand, then select Approvals.
Use the available stage, status, assignee, collection, and view controls to focus on work awaiting your decision.
Review the Plan, current media version, comments, properties, and publishing context relevant to the request.
Approve or request changes. Use bulk decisions only after every selected piece has been individually checked.
Each reviewed item leaves the queue with a clear decision or follow-up state.
If something goes wrong
- If an expected item is absent, check the active brand, approver assignment, and stage filter.
