Step by step
Open the content piece, select Media, and choose the relevant item and version.
For video, move the playhead to a timestamp or select a range before writing the comment.
Use a rectangle, arrow, line, or freehand mark to identify the region being discussed.
Describe the issue, the desired change, and why it matters. Mention the responsible person when needed.
The feedback is attached to the relevant asset, version, time, and visual context.
