Create a controlled public content link, choose what it exposes, and stop sharing when review ends.

Step by step

Open the piece and choose Share with anyone from its actions.
Select the supported Plan, Media, Publish, activity, or other sections the external viewer needs. Keep unrelated internal context hidden.
Choose whether external comments are allowed, add an optional passcode, and set an expiry when the link is temporary.
Copy the public URL and open it in a private browser before sending it.
Use Settings > Sharing or the piece’s Share dialog to update the link, change protection, or stop sharing.
The external reviewer can see only the selected public projection for as long as the share remains active.

If something goes wrong

  • Changing or removing a passcode signs out viewers who previously unlocked the link.
  • Stop sharing when the external review is complete.
