Invite a client or external reviewer with only the brand and approval access they need.
Step by step
Invite the person as a workspace member with selected brand access when they need an ongoing authenticated review experience.
Grant only the brands the client is responsible for.
Use a role or permission set that allows viewing and approving without editing, publishing, billing, or unrelated administration.
Send a representative piece and confirm the client can open it, comment, and record the intended decision.
The client can review the intended work without gaining broader workspace access.
If something goes wrong
- For one-off external access, use the supported public review or share path instead of permanent membership.
