Apply repeated planner changes to selected content while protecting published records.
Step by step
Use multi-select in a supported planner view and confirm the selection count.
Use the bulk bar or context menu to change supported fields, move workflow state, duplicate, or delete the selection.
Published targets and delivery evidence can limit which fields are safe to change.
Apply the action, then check a few representative pieces and use the available undo action immediately if needed.
The selected pieces receive the same intended update without editing them one by one.
If something goes wrong
- There is no bulk publish action. Prepare and verify publishing targets deliberately.
