Make ownership and campaign context visible on each content piece.
Step by step
Open the piece and find Assignee and Project in its properties.
Select the person responsible for the next meaningful action. Assignment may drive personal views and notifications.
Attach the piece to the project or campaign that owns the surrounding work.
Change the assignee when responsibility moves, while keeping comments and status current.
The planner and project view show both ownership and campaign context.
If something goes wrong
- If a person is unavailable, confirm that they have access to the active brand.
