What to know
Use Plan for the thinking
Keep the brief, copy, notes, links, files, embeds, and references in Plan. The Plan assistant can help develop this material.
Use Media for the creative
Upload images, videos, GIFs, or documents in Media. Review versions, comments, transcripts, annotations, and edits here.
Use Publish for delivery
Select accounts, post type, shared or platform-specific captions, media overrides, covers, and schedule details in Publish.
Keep workflow data in the side panel
Status, assignee, project, dates, and custom fields describe the piece across all three tabs.
Each kind of information has one predictable home while remaining attached to the same content piece.
If something goes wrong
- The middle tab is named Media, not Review.
- A published target can lock delivery fields so the record continues to match the live post.
