Create a content piece, add a simple plan, assign it, and prepare it for the next stage.

Create a content piece, add a simple plan, assign it, and prepare it for the next stage.

Step by step

Choose the correct workspace and brand, then select Content in the main navigation.

Select Create and give the piece a clear working title. Add a post type if you already know the intended format.

Use the Plan tab for the goal, audience, message, references, and any notes the team needs.

Set the assignee, status, project, and post time that match your workflow.

Upload creative in Media or open Publish when the piece is ready for account and scheduling setup.

The new piece appears in Content and is ready for collaboration.

If Create is unavailable, ask a workspace or brand admin to check content.create access.
If the piece is in the wrong brand, recreate it in the correct brand before work begins.
