Keep your identity and alerts current without changing other members’ settings.
Step by step
Use your profile menu to open personal settings rather than workspace settings.
Change the supported identity details and save them.
Choose the available push and email alerts that are useful for assignments, comments, approvals, and publishing activity.
If push alerts are enabled in Sequence but do not arrive, allow notifications for the Sequence app in the browser or device settings.
Your profile and alert preferences apply to your user account.
If something goes wrong
- Some workflow notifications also depend on being assigned, mentioned, or selected as the approver.
