Learn how team membership, brand data, and connected channels are separated in Sequence.
What to know
Start with the workspace
The workspace owns the subscription, member directory, and one or more brands.
Use a brand for operating context
A brand contains its content, projects, inspiration, media, approvals, accounts, analytics, Inbox, and Brand Brain.
Connect social accounts to a brand
Accounts are the external channels used for publishing, Inbox, and analytics. They do not replace brand membership.
Assign access deliberately
A workspace member can have access to every brand or selected brands, with a different brand role where needed.
People see only the brands and product actions allowed by their membership and role.
If something goes wrong
- If data appears to be missing, confirm both the active workspace and active brand.
