Authorise a supported channel for the correct brand and confirm it is ready for publishing.
Step by step
Switch to the correct brand and select Accounts.
Start the connection for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, X, or Pinterest.
Complete the platform sign-in and consent flow with the identity that manages the intended account.
When prompted, choose the exact page, profile, channel, or board-owning account for this brand.
Return to Accounts and confirm the handle, provider, and connection state before using it in Publish.
The account appears in the brand and can be selected where its capabilities are supported.
If something goes wrong
- If the wrong identity opens, sign out of the platform in a separate tab or use a private window before reconnecting.
