See when a connected account is eligible to provide conversations in Sequence Inbox.
What to know
Check the platform
Inbox capability is available for supported Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, Threads, Reddit, Bluesky, and Google Business account paths.
Check the provider
The account must use the supported Sequence connection provider and have its provider account identifier.
Check connection health
The account must be connected with an active token and no reconnect requirement.
Check permissions
The user needs inbox.view access for the active brand.
Eligible account conversations can appear in Inbox for authorised brand members.
If something goes wrong
- Inbox platform support is broader than publishing platform support. Do not assume that an Inbox-only platform can be published from Sequence.
