The original file must finish transferring before server-side work can begin.

Review variants can follow

Videos may generate a review proxy, poster, card preview, thumbnail, or other derived media for smooth in-app use.

Publish preparation is target-specific

A platform can require its own valid dimensions, size, duration, media kind, cover, or encoding.

Wait for the relevant readiness

Do not repeatedly upload while a valid job is active. Use the state and target validation to decide whether delivery can proceed.
