Step by step
Confirm that the assistant understood the goal and identified the correct brand and records.
Review the content piece, field, old context, new value, and number of affected records.
Choose Approve and apply only when every action is safe. Cancel when the scope or value is wrong.
Open the changed records and confirm the new state. A proposal is short-lived and cannot be safely replayed after the underlying data changes.
Only reviewed, current proposals change workspace data.
If something goes wrong
- Ask Sequence AI to prepare a fresh proposal when validation says the earlier one is stale.
