Shared saved views and defaults for brands and workspaces

Let users save a configured view for an entire brand or workspace so teammates and clients with access can open the same layout without configuring it individually. Capture the selected view type, visible fields and their order, grouping, sorting, filters, and other supported view/display settings. Support named shared views, saving updates to an existing view, and choosing a shared default view for the brand or workspace. Make the save scope clear: personal, brand, or workspace. Shared defaults should give team members and clients a consistent starting point, with clear precedence between workspace defaults, brand defaults, and any personal overrides. Changes to a shared view should be available to everyone in that scope across devices. Provide appropriate permissions for creating, editing, and setting shared defaults. Sharing a view must respect each person's existing access to content and fields. The current personal saved-view behaviour does not provide a shared team/client view.
