Can Sequence replace ManyChat?
For comment-to-DM, story replies, keyword DMs, follow to unlock and collecting emails on Instagram and Facebook, yes. If you also automate TikTok, WhatsApp or SMS, or send broadcasts, ManyChat still covers those and Sequence doesn't.
Can I import my ManyChat flows?
Not automatically. Most flows take a few minutes to rebuild from a template: pick Comment to DM, add your keyword, paste your message and your link.
What does it cost?
DM Flows are part of Sequence Pro, priced per brand. There is no charge per contact. See pricing.
Does it work on posts I've already published?
Yes. A flow can listen on every post and reel, or one post you pick, published or scheduled. A scheduled post's flow turns on when the post publishes.
Can my team answer the conversations?
Yes. Every conversation a flow starts opens in Sequence's Inbox, where your team can reply, assign it and leave notes.
Can I collect emails?
