Our thank-you to the first 100 teams who pay for Pro. Here’s what you get, how to secure a place, and what happens if you leave.

1. How to join
There are up to 100 places, one per workspace. Existing paying customers count. To join, your workspace needs an available place and a successful payment for Pro before 1 November 2026.
Starting a trial or creating an account does not hold a place. Free invoices, AI credit top-ups and complimentary access do not qualify. Demo, internal, legacy and Sequence- or Halcyon-owned workspaces are excluded.
2. What you get
Keep current Pro brand rates for all of 2027, get a one-on-one onboarding call with Stephen to help set up Sequence around your workflow, try new features in beta, and help shape the roadmap with two votes instead of one.
Beta access and roadmap votes let you contribute to what we build. They do not guarantee that a particular feature will launch or arrive by a particular date. You do not need to join a call to keep your benefits.
3. Your price protection
Founding members keep the whole launch Pro brand-rate table through 31 December 2027. Protection includes additional brands and switching between monthly and annual billing. Adding brands still increases your total; it uses the protected rates.
Extra connected accounts, AI credit top-ups and other add-ons are priced separately and are not covered by this protection.
4. Keeping your place
Keep paid Pro access through to 1 January 2027 and your founding place becomes permanent. Until then, if your paid access ends, your place and price protection are released.
Clicking Cancel does not remove your benefits immediately. You keep them until your paid access actually ends. This works the same way for monthly and annual subscriptions.
For example, if you cancel renewal in October but your annual subscription stays paid through March 2027, your place becomes permanent on 1 January. If your paid access ends in December, your place is released.
5. If you leave and come back
If your place was released before 2027, you can qualify again only if a place is available and another Pro payment clears before 1 November 2026. Your earlier payment does not reserve a place for your return.
The payment deadline stays the same even when places open up. Places released in November or December will not be filled.
Once your membership becomes permanent on 1 January 2027, later cancellation does not release your place. If you return to Pro during 2027, your protected brand rates still apply.
6. When protected pricing ends
Standard Pro rates apply from 1 January 2028. Your founding membership remains, but its price protection ends.
If your monthly or annual billing period crosses that date, we prorate the price difference for the remaining time and add it to your next regular invoice. Your renewal date stays the same; we do not collect that calendar adjustment immediately.
