Step by step
Upload directly to a content piece when the asset belongs to that workflow, or use Media for a reusable brand asset.
Choose supported images, videos, GIFs, or documents. Upload limits can vary by purpose and platform.
Video and large media can require upload, proxy, poster, or other processing before every preview and publishing check is ready.
A file accepted for planning or review may still fail a platform-specific size, duration, aspect, or media-kind rule in Publish.
The asset is attached or stored and shows a processing or ready state.
If something goes wrong
- Keep the upload open until transfer completes.
- Use the Publish validation for the final platform requirement.
