Browse brand assets, open a preview, reuse the right file, and download an available original or optimised version.

Browse brand assets, open a preview, reuse the right file, and download an available original or optimised version.

Step by step

Select Media in the main navigation for the active brand.

Choose All, Images, GIFs, Videos, or Docs to narrow the masonry library.

Select a card to inspect the preview and available file details or actions.

Choose the asset from a content media picker, or use the available download action for the original or optimised file.

The team reuses an existing brand asset instead of uploading an unnecessary duplicate.

If a video preview is unavailable, wait for the review proxy or use the original download when offered.
