Steps

   Select the content

   Use multi-select in a supported planner view and confirm the selection count.

   Choose one clear action

   Use the bulk bar or context menu to change supported fields, move workflow state, duplicate, or delete the selection.

   Review protected fields

   Published targets and delivery evidence can limit which fields are safe to change.
4. 4

   Confirm and verify

   Apply the action, then check a few representative pieces and use the available undo action immediately if needed.
