An assistant can do most of what you can do in the Sequence app, for the brands you share. Each action needs the matching access on the consent screen, and your role in Sequence still applies.

Your role still decides what happens. For example, an assistant can only approve content you could approve yourself, and only publish to accounts you can publish to.
What stays in Sequence
- Inbox conversations and replies, and Sequence AI replies
- Connecting or reconnecting social accounts. The assistant gives you a link to the Accounts page instead.
- Members, billing, workspace settings and creating brands
- Uploading brand documents to Brand Brain
New actions without reconnecting
When Sequence adds a new action, assistants can usually use it straight away. Sequence lists newer actions through its own action list, which the assistant checks when something it needs isn't in its tool list.

- Create a project called Spring launch and add three reel ideas to it.
- Write a 30-second script into the Plan of the Launch teaser post.
- Show me which posts are waiting for review this week.
- Move tomorrow's LinkedIn post to 9am Friday.
- Which posts performed best on Instagram last month?
