Step by step

Open the content piece and choose Publish.

Choose the connected social accounts that should receive the post.

Select Photo Post, Carousel, Reels / Shorts / TikTok, Long Form Video, Story, or Text Only as appropriate.

Sequence flags post types and media combinations that a selected platform does not support.

Create separate content or use supported platform overrides when targets need materially different formats.

Each selected target has a compatible delivery format.

A platform can require media even when another selected target accepts text-only content.
