Connecting a LinkedIn account

Connect the LinkedIn account to the correct Sequence brand. The connection is complete only after the platform authorisation finishes and the intended account returns to Sequence as Active.

Sign in with the LinkedIn member account that owns the personal profile or administers the organisation Page you want to connect.

1. Select the workspace and brand that should own this connection.

2. Open Accounts in the sidebar. Under Add social account, choose LinkedIn.

3. Read the connection explanation and select Continue to LinkedIn.

4. After LinkedIn authorisation, choose whether to connect your personal profile or one of the organisation Pages you administer. Select the exact publishing identity for this Sequence brand, then finish the connection.

5. Return to Sequence. Under Connected Accounts, confirm that the intended account appears and its connection is Active.

If an organisation Page is not listed, confirm that the signed-in LinkedIn member is an administrator of that Page. If the wrong identity was selected, start the connection again and choose the correct personal profile or organisation.

If the provider window was closed before authorisation finished, or your browser blocked the pop-up, return to Accounts and start the connection again. If Sequence shows a workspace limit or role message, resolve that message with your workspace administrator before retrying.
