Use templates, notes, links, files, and embeds in a Plan

Steps

   Start from a template or blank Plan

   Choose a saved template when its structure matches the goal, or start blank for unique work.

   Write in blocks

   Use headings, paragraphs, lists, and other supported blocks to keep the brief scannable.

   Add working context

   Add links, files, embeds, references, and notes close to the instruction they support.

   Keep delivery fields elsewhere

   Use Publish for final platform captions and target settings rather than hiding them in planning notes.
