Sendible and Sequence both suit agencies managing content with clients, and both offer unlimited users on their current paid plans. Sendible is worth evaluating for dedicated client workspaces, reporting and optional branded software. Sequence is worth trying when you want the creative plan, media review and client approval together. The useful differences are in the workflow and the plan you need.

Start with what your client needs to see

A new client joins your agency. They need to connect their social accounts, review next month's content and receive a useful report. Your team needs to keep their work separate from every other client.

Both products belong in that conversation. Sendible organises profiles, calendars, content and reports into workspaces. Sequence organises the work around managed brands, with planning, media review and approval close to each post.

We make Sequence, so this is our perspective rather than an independent product test. Sendible's features and prices below come from its official pages, checked on 4 September 2026.

Sendible has more than a publishing queue

Sendible's current workspace plans include unlimited users. You can involve colleagues, freelancers and clients without treating every extra person as another paid seat. That puts it closer to Sequence's Pro model than older comparisons might suggest.

Its Client Connect workflow is also worth testing during onboarding: clients can connect profiles without handing your agency their passwords. Within workspaces, access can be limited to the relevant client or brand.

For an agency selling a branded service, reporting and presentation may carry weight. Premium includes custom branded reports, and Sendible offers a paid white-label option on Elite and Enterprise. A branded PDF and a branded software portal are different requirements, so ask to see the one you need.

Those are practical reasons to consider Sendible. If clients already understand its workspace and your team relies on its reporting, changing tools needs a clearer benefit than a smaller starting price.

Where Sequence is worth a trial

Think about the last time a post stalled. Was it waiting for a client decision? Did the designer miss a comment on the video? Did someone schedule an earlier version?

Sequence brings the plan, media review, approval and publishing status into one workspace. The reason to try it is to see whether the people making and reviewing content can follow those steps more easily.

Pro includes inbox and organic/ads analytics as well. That may suit an agency that wants to look at results while planning the next batch. If you need a particular report layout or a fully branded client portal, test that requirement directly rather than assuming the products are interchangeable.

A three-brand agency example

Assume three brands with five accounts each and three team members. Sequence Pro costs US$69/month, or US$690/year.

Sendible Plus costs US$99/month. Its annual toggle displays US$84/month with annual billing. Plus includes three workspaces, 18 profiles and approvals, so it covers this example with three more profile slots than Sequence. Both allow unlimited users.

If custom branded reports are essential, compare Premium instead. The white-label software option requires an eligible higher tier and an additional fee. Get the complete quote for that setup.

Sendible shows rounded annual monthly rates; confirm the amount charged for the year at checkout. Sequence extra accounts cost US$5/month each, while additional storage and AI credits are separate purchases. Sendible can expand capacity through workspace bundles.

Test onboarding, review and the report

Use one client to evaluate three ordinary tasks. Connect their profiles, send a draft for a correction and approval, then produce the report you would normally deliver.

Invite the people who do those jobs. Watch whether the client can find their content and whether the account manager can see the next action. Check your exact networks and formats, including any inbox or analytics functions that matter to the retainer.

If Sendible's client workspaces and reporting match your service, keep it on the shortlist. If your priority is making the creative review and approval process easier to follow, try those steps with one brand in Sequence.
