New thumbnail selector for social media videos

The Publish tab now gives supported video platforms the same clear thumbnail picker as the main post. Choose an uploaded image, one of three suggested frames, or capture the current frame, then keep a different cover for each platform when needed.

Sequence shows platform-managed covers as read-only when a destination does not accept custom video thumbnails, so the controls match what can actually be published.
