Welcome messages and conversation starters for new DMs

DM Flows can now answer the first DM someone sends your Instagram account or Facebook Page, straight away, even when nobody is online. Pick the Welcome message template, write your message and switch it on. People who have messaged you before never get it, so the conversations you're already having stay untouched.

On Instagram, add up to four conversation starters: questions people can tap before they type anything, like "What are your prices?". Each one starts its own answer, with follow-up messages, waits and an Ask for email step.

Welcome messages are part of DM Flows, in beta on the Pro plan.
