Private and public comments for client reviews
Every comment on a post is now Private or Public. Private comments are for your workspace team. Public comments are also visible to brand-only members, such as the clients you invite to a brand, so your team can talk candidly right beside the client's feedback.
- Switch between Private and Public above the comments on a post, in Media review, on Plan comments and in approvals. Your team opens on Private.
- Move a whole thread to Public from its first comment when the client should see it. Once a client has commented in a thread, it stays Public.
- On Private, mentions only suggest workspace members, and private comments only notify your team.
Share links with Show comments turned on now show Public comments only. Every existing comment is Public, so nothing your clients could already see has changed.
