Custom fields you can share across brands

Set up a custom field such as Video # or Format once in Settings, under Workspace and Custom fields, then choose which brands use it. Every brand that adds it shares the same field and options, so saved views, filters and templates built on it work across brands.

Brands keep their own fields too, and can add a workspace field or copy it as their own. The Brand fields list shows every brand's fields by name, so you can turn matching fields into one workspace field, merge fields with different names, rename them or delete them. Values on your posts are kept.

Drag fields to reorder them, or click a field to edit it. Only workspace owners and admins can change workspace fields; everyone else can still fill them in.
