DM Flows: turn comments into DMs automatically

DM Flows send a DM the moment someone comments a keyword on your Instagram or Facebook posts, replies to your story, or messages you the keyword. Share a guide, a discount code or a booking link without answering every comment yourself, then pick the conversation up in Inbox.

Build each flow step by step: reply publicly, send only to followers with a follow to unlock step, add a short wait, and give your DM up to three buttons. A button can open a link or start a path of follow-up messages. Results show how many DMs went out, who clicked and everyone you reached.

DM Flows are in beta on the Pro plan. Open them from the sidebar, under Inbox.
