Collect emails in DMs and find them in Contacts

DM Flows can now ask for someone's email right in the DM. Add an Ask for email step to a path: it asks your question, checks the reply looks like an email, asks again if it doesn't, and thanks them when it does.

Every email lands in Contacts, under Community, alongside everyone who has messaged your Instagram and Facebook accounts. Filter by who has an email or who you can still message, add tags and team notes, and export a CSV. Sync to your apps sends each new email to Zapier, Make or your own webhook as soon as it's collected.
