Save the way your team works in Content, including the view mode, layout, visible fields, filters, sorting and grouping.

Keep a view for yourself, share it with one brand, or make it available across the workspace. Brand and workspace admins can set shared defaults so teammates and clients open the same setup.

You can still switch views, choose a personal default or follow the shared default whenever your workflow changes.
